Using the MOTOVA website.
The service advertised
MOTOVA advertises fixed-term vehicle hire from 30 days up to a maximum of three calendar months. The website does not offer hire purchase, consumer credit or a contractual right to keep a vehicle beyond the end date stated in a hire agreement.
Fixed term and no automatic renewal
Every hire agreement has a stated start date and end date. It ends on that date and does not renew or extend automatically. A customer has no contractual entitlement to uninterrupted use, the same vehicle or a further agreement after the stated end date.
Any later application is separate
After a hire ends, a customer may make a new application. Any later hire is assessed separately and requires a new agreement. It remains subject to fresh eligibility checks, availability, documentation and the pricing and terms offered at that time. A future hire is not guaranteed.
Enquiries are not agreements
Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a vehicle, guarantee approval or create a hire agreement. Any vehicle arrangement is subject to availability, identity and eligibility checks, documentation and separate written terms. The signed agreement takes priority over general website information.
Vehicle information and pricing
Models are displayed by family. Engines, trims, fuel types, colours and specifications depend on available stock. Prices described as indicative or on request may change with term, mileage, initial rental, insurance requirements, delivery and customer circumstances.
Acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, use the website lawfully and not attempt to interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent enquiries or misuse its content.
Website availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update models, content, eligibility information and these terms when required.
